Making gifts under Gift Aid increases your donation by 25% at no cost to you or Sharing Lives. All you need to do is complete a Gift Aid Declaration. However, only those paying sufficient UK tax (Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax) are able to use the Gift Aid scheme. I want to Gift Aid any donations I make to Sharing Lives in the future or have made in the past four years. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand that Gift Aid is reclaimable from the tax that I pay for the current tax year. I will notify you if I: - Want to cancel this declaration - Change my name or address - No longer pay sufficient tax on my income and/or capital gains.
